Paul is a certified Hogan coach, as well as many other assessments such as the Resilience Quotient Inventory and the Trait Emotional Intelligence psychometric assessments

With an award winning HR record for developing leading edge people strategies, Paul offers different approaches to building and implementing employee strategies and related policies, with the option of benchmarking audits to measure facilitated development programmes aimed at delivering comprehensive and holistic business focused HR strategies  

Coaching & Mentoring

Whether your coaching and mentoring needs are individual or organisational, Paul has extensive experience of coaching individuals on a range of topics from work life balance to performance focus and is an expert on the creation and implementation of major coaching programmes organisational-wide. HR mentoring is also available for HR Directors and Managers who wish to access expertise on a short to medium term basis. Paul has completed a PhD in Organisational Coaching (BCU)

Training & Development

Employee training and development programmes are available for delivery on-site, off-site and in some cases online. These programmes are available on a bespoke basis or via open courses.  Topics include customer service, communication skills, telephone skills, sales and referrals and presentation skills

Organisational change

Changing culture is a major challenge for most organisations today, whether to reinvigorate an existing business model or employee mindset, or to support an acquisition or merger. The first step is an understanding of the past and existing culture, before defining the desired culture and establishing the culture road map. This process may involve the development of an organisational vision, strategic message and the use of a culture survey benchmark audit to provide data on which to base an organisational action plan to tackle any culture 'gaps'. 

Masterclasses, Presentaions & Facilitated Sessions

Paul is available to deliver Masterclasses, formal presentations, informal addresses and after dinner engagements on a range of people development related topics including HR specialist areas, strategy, coaching, employee engagement and cultural change.   Paul also offers focused facilitated sessions involving Board, Senior Manager or HR teams

Team Development

Every organisation has multiple teams ranging from C-suite to first-line operations. Utilising the leading-edge Rocket Model™  Team Assessment Survey, teams can be assessed and diagnosed to identify strengths and development areas. Once the diagnosis is complete a range of team activities is designed and delivered to optismise a team's strengths and improve the development areas to enable high performance.
