Our new online modular programme is
designed to improve the resilience of your leaders and their teams by providing
them with the skills and knowledge required to survive and thrive in today’s
challenging environment.
The programme is evidence-based and
supported by proven scientific outcomes identifying the six core elements of
resilient leadership. The programme can incorporate an optional resilience
assessment of individuals and teams to provide a base on which to further
develop personal, team and organisational resilience.
The modular programme will be delivered by Dr Paul Turner, an expert in high resilience learning and development. His wider work encompasses leadership development, executive coaching, sports coaching and academic teaching and research and this mix ensures clients receive a contemporary, pragmatic and grounded consultancy style with an emphasis on delivering ROI benefit. Paul has worked with over 100 leading UK and international organisations and approximately 5,000 leaders since founding Paul Turner HR in 2007.
