Organisational Game Changer Masterclass - Leading, Managing and Facilitating Organisational Change

The Masterclass summarises career learning insights utilising real life business experiences as a Manager, Executive, Director, Consultant and Coach and evidence-based research derived from my academic endeavours including a PhD and other research studies; focusing on organisational change and development, and how leadership behaviour impacts upon the delivery of the desired change, in terms of implementation, effectiveness and performance.
