Resilience - Online Modular Programme

The outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic has changed the world of work, possibly permanently. The VUCA world we live and work in is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. In response to this challenge we have developed a new evidence-based online modular programme which will equip you with the knowledge and skills to survive and thrive in this challenging post coronavirus world.

This online modular programme is designed to improve your resilience by providing you with the skills and knowledge required to survive and thrive in today’s challenging environment. Over two sessions of 90 minutes we explore building blocks of resilience, positive mindset, supportive relationships, purpose and fulfilment, managing emotions and wellbeing. The programme is evidence-based and supported by proven scientific outcomes and can incorporate an optional resilience assessment.

The modular programme will be delivered by Dr Paul Turner, an expert in high resilience learning and development. His wider work encompasses leadership development, executive coaching, sports coaching and academic teaching and research and this mix ensures clients receive a contemporary, pragmatic and grounded consultancy style with an emphasis on delivering ROI benefit. Paul has worked with over 100 leading UK and international organisations and approximately 5,000 leaders since founding Paul Turner HR in 2007.
